Booking form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, check-in date, number of days, any additional information you choose to provide, the website language and the moment you accepted this policy.

Please do not send sensitive data (for example, information about your health) through the forms. Information about your cat's health is not personal data.

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
After these periods the data is deleted automatically, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
The data is accessed only by the hotel staff, through the password-protected administration panel, and is stored with our web hosting provider in the Republic of Moldova.
To answer you quickly, the data from new requests (name, phone, email, stay period and your message) is sent to the hotel staff as an internal notification through the Telegram messaging service (Telegram Messenger Inc.), whose servers may be located outside the Republic of Moldova. We use a private chat accessible only to the hotel staff, and the transfer takes place solely to process your request.
We do not sell or rent your data and do not share it with other third parties, except where required by law.

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the administration panel is restricted and password-protected, and data is deleted automatically when the retention periods expire.
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
